This museum features three levels of space memorabilia and exhibits, including the Smithsonian Institution's An Astronaut's Life: Articles Flown In Space, a ten-foot display display of the Shuttle Atlantis, a life-sized Iridium satellite model, and plenty of real-life astronaut memorabilia. Kids will love getting to hold real meteorite, riding the Earth Space Transport Module, and touching the vapor cyclone. Of course, even adults will probably want to catch a virtual planet in the My Solar System exhibit, operated by motion detection. Browse through hundreds of space- and science-related toys, puzzles, games, gadgets, and books at the Galaxy Gift Shop.
