Here is a good link for golf clubs in the Languedoc area http://www.creme-de-languedoc.com/Languedoc/activities/golf-courses.php, one I would recommend from experience is 'Le Domaine de Falgos' which is one of the most difficult courses imaginable, but also one of the most beautiful, with amazing views on each hole http://www.falgos.com/.

Or another option is to take Frogbus across the border to Spain where you will find a bigger and cheaper range of courses!!
