Description:
- Built for the 1966 Commonwealth Games, Beatty Park Leisure Center was extended and refurbished in 1993. It now offers indoor and outdoor Olympic pools and is home to City of Perth Swimming Club and Perth Aussie Masters group. There is an extensive range of swimwear and accessories for sale, and the light filled space with palms trees make it a pleasant place to train or splash about. Membership gives additional access to the gym, spa, sauna, aerobics, circuit training and aquarobics, personal exercise program and to social inter-center swimming competitions.
