Description:

  • A well-known historic site and museum, Tranby House is the only surviving example of a 19th century farm in Perth. The farmhouse, the first erected on the Swan River, was built in 1839. The site boasts two old oak trees near the house that are listed on the National Trust's Significant Tree Register. Volunteer guides and gardeners will answer any questions. There is a gift shop and tearooms. Visitors can enjoy a round of croquet on the lawn.
