Hey there, if ur looking for a thirties plus night club, there are a few in Northbridge itself (Perth's party place); Brass Monkey, The Deen (salsa night on thursdays if you fancy), The Hip- E club (60's and 70's music but this is in Leederville) and finally the elephant and wheelbarrows pub. There are others such as Dusk, Paddy Malones and Sovereign Arms which you might enjoy. It all depends on what kind of music you like. Holler if you need more info :)
