Description:

  • Cebu, named after the oldest island in the Philippines, is Philadelphia's newest foray into international cuisine. Cebu retains the building's historic past with vaulting ceilings atop Corinthian columns. The serpentine shaped bar is separated from the dining area by a meandering walkway, a scene right out of a swank New York dining spot. Swarovski crystal light fixtures add a jewel-like touch to this restaurant. Weekends, as the dinner crowd slowly thins, the quiet dinner sounds transform into pulsating rhythms as Cebu morphs into a unique night spot. The music, theater lighting & entire mood shift into a late night theme for which Olde City is already known. Cebu menu combines traditional Filipino dishes with Spanish influence. Cebu offers a menu laden with seafood. For the purists, they offer an array of traditional pork dishes which are such an inherent staple of Filipino cuisine. Portions are offered in both small dish (tapas) & large.
