What used to be Franco's is now In Riva. The setting is the same, with the great outdoor space overlooking the river, but the decor has been modernized and the pizza is amazing....

Franco's sits very close to the Schuylkill river and outdoor dining offers a nice setting with the trail and river close by. The italian food is delicious here and makes it one...
