The cuisine, sprinkled with a few Thai dishes, is largely Vietnamese, with an emphasis on fresh seafood drawn straight from the restaurant's many saltwater tanks. Lemongrass pork comes with filament-thin vermicelli and cilantro and a stack of thin rice pancakes.
