  • Chef Georges Perrier & Chef Chris Scarduzio have expanded their Signature Restaurants enterprise with the opening of Table 31. Named after the hottest table at Brasserie Perrier, Table 31 is located in Center City's newest & tallest building, the Comcast Center. The Steakhouse Bistro occupies 15,000 square feet & three floors, of the Southeast corner of the building. Occupying the massive restaurant are a variety of innovative spaces , including a stunning bar, ground & second-floor dining areas, an intimate second-floor mezzanine lounge, second-floor private dining & an elegant third-floor banquet facility. Table 31's menu consists of a wide selection of steak & chops which are served in large steakhouse portions as well as petite bistro size. Side dishes vary from black truffle mashed potatoes to spinach casserole to morels & asparagus & Chef Scarduzio's own signature steak sauce.
