Description:
Beneath Philadelphia's tallest skyscraper is one of its best boutique food courts. Di Bruno Bros. has a gourmet-to-go spot here, alongside Frank's, a stand offering roast pork, chicken cutlet, and cheesesteak. I like the juice bar, and am hoping the proposed dumpling stand by Susanna Foo opens as promised.
