  Xilantro is a result of very differing influences such as the Mayans and Aztecs' unique roasting techniques, the introduction of "Old World" ingredients brought to Tenochtitlan from the Spaniards, and the remarkable influence that the French contributed thanks to Napoleon's cousin (Maximiliano de Absburgo) which ruled Mexico for decades. That blend of wide historical influences gave birth to a cuisine with an unmatched palate of flavors.
  At Xilantro, we have carefully selected a menu which includes some traditional plates such as our Fajitas served in a Lava Stone Bowl and the award winning Chorizo and Filet Mignon served on a bed of Chipotle and Chorizo sauce and finish with a peak of melted Chihuahua cheese. Simply delicious.
