Chiang Mai Riverside Restaurant

Description:

  • Kick back in a bamboo chair and enjoy the riverfront view at this friendly little Thai restaurant. If you have had your fill of Khmer cuisine and are hankering for a taste of Steamed Swordfish with Salted Plum, then this is the place for you. The atmosphere is unexpectedly charming -weathered plaster walls hung with gilt-framed Khmer paintings. The menu features a wide variety of curries, seafood, and soups as well. You will not get any unpleasant surprises when the friendly waitress brings you your food - the menu has photographs of every entree. Beer and many other beverages are served.

    Good

  • Prompt service. Good food. Have no smoking section as well upstairs. They have a service button upstairs where you use it to call for service instead of calling out loud.
