• Just down from the Foreign Correspondents Club of Cambodia, this eccentric little hole-in-the-wall pub on the river features outside seating to take in the hectic pace of Sisowath Quay. Certain traditions have made this bar an institution - classic 80's music, English Premier League soccer and Formula One motor racing on the television, with British favorites like chip butties on the menu. Drinks are very cheap with a happy hour that includes most of Sunday afternoon.
