Yes, Capitol tours will deliver to the program they advertise, such as Angkor Wat, Sihanuk Ville, ... Some of the buses got toilets but some do not have toilet. For the buses do not have toilet, the buses will stop about half hour after it drove around 2 hours. or you call call someone on the buses to stop for a while. Thanks

As my experience, Capitol Tour is a local bus company for the transport throughout Cambodia with local standard. Whenever I've traveled with this bus, I've never seen this one has toilette inside.

The Capitol Tour is reliable for the travel from city to city. For example from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh, Phnom Penh to Siem Reap and some more destination in and around Cambodia. I always seen other private companies do the tour to Angkor Wat Temple and surrounding the complex. If I am not wrong the Capitol bus that has toilet is running from Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh) to Cambodia (Phnom Penh) but the buses that running within Cambodia, I believe that doesn't have toilet at all.
This type of buses are very slow and they stop as much as possible along the way to get more people to fill the bus. From Siem Reap to Phnom Penh the distant is 314km and this bus running more than 6hours and sometime 7hours +.
