Raffles Hotel very good, fancy and post colonial. But I will disagree that the best Khmer food is the best there ;-)

The best Khmer Restaurant in my opinion (and all expats that I know in Phnom Penh) is in the "Khmer Kitchen Restaurant" at str. 310.

Fabulous food, reasonable prices, great owners and amazing settings. When you try once, you cannot stop coming back there :-)

Hi Lord,

Greeting from BEN
The Best Khmer Restaurant in Phnom Penh, hummmm. Talking about the food (Cambodian Food), i consider Amok, Chicken Curry, Spicy Sour Soup, etc.... Talking about Khmer Restaurant, i consider Kouy Teav Touk, the Khmer Sorin, Lemongrass. There are more but all i can think about, that is it.

All the Best
BEN
