    • Hefty, bulging burritos are the name of the game at Carolina's, the south central Phoenix eatery famous for its delicious tacos, burritos, enchiladas, and of course, their thin, white flour tortillas.Most people come to Carolina's for its savory food, quick take-out service, and a bag filled with a dozen of Carolina's famous tortillas, which are made on-site fresh daily. The menu hasn't changed much around here, and prices don't appear to have gone up since the Reagan administration. A great place to stop by for some truly tasty Mexican.
