Hefty wraps, soups, salads, and signature entrees are stuffed with organic veggies, spices, nuts, and fruits, making this a great spot to enjoy a high-quality vegetarian or vegan meal that doesn't skimp on flavor or texture. Try the Veggie-Dilla, Chakra's vegan version of a traditional quesadilla, which features arugula, bell peppers, pepitas, cilantro, onions, pinto beans, tomatoes, black bean hummus, and a delicious raw sun-dried tomato nut "cheese." You won't miss the gooey texture (or high calories) of a "real" quesadilla. As a special treat, as your server about the restaurant's seasonal raw desserts, including the restaurant's famously delicious vegan chocolate truffles.
