• This store is stocked with all types of German delicacies including 25 different sausages and lunchmeats. Besides the deli meats and an array of different cheeses, the place carries an impressive number of imported dry goods including jams, puddings, coffee, tea, cookies and candies. More of a market than a restaurant, there are only four tables. You're surrounded by a massive deli, looking at sausages and cheeses, while the other wall contains shelves with dry goods. Posters of German castles are on the walls, and streamers dangle from the ceiling. The deli serves a menu consisting of sausages and sandwiches. The Hackbraten, a spicy meatloaf, is especially delicious. The potato salad and sauerkraut are homemade with authentic recipies, and the bakery turns out tempting strudel. The place also carries some specialty items like Herring in sour cream, smoked eel and Bratheringe.
