• Leering double dragons guard the ornate doors as you approach this restaurant. Actually, the atmosphere is quite elegant, with beautiful table settings and modernistic artwork. The menu features some excellent Chinese cuisine from the fried Wonton appetizers to the Flamingo Special Chicken, boneless pieces of chicken marinated in the house secret sauce, fried up crispy and served with garlic and onion sauce. Another tasty treat is the Peking duck, but call ahead if you want it. It takes two days to prepare.
