• Cuisines: Asian, Japanese
  • NileGuide Expert Says:

This exciting izakaya has brought new life to Phoenix's historic Teeter House. Great place to sample traditional Japanese fare.

  • Description:

    • Tucked inside the tiny, historic Victorian brick Teeter House in downtown Phoenix's Heritage Square, this fun izakaya, or small plates pub, features a range of fanciful happy hour-style snacks and complex omakase designed for four diners at a time. James Beard Award winner Chef and owner Nobuo Fukuda crafts culinary creations that are colorful and delicious. Try the silky yellowtail sashimi embellished with grapefruit, avocado oil, and infused with white truffle ponzu oil. Try pairing the food with the restaurant's excellent selection of Japanese microbrews.
