- Located within the posh Boulders Resort in the far north Valley, this restaurant has been named Phoenix's "Best Southwestern Restaurant" by the Arizona Republic. Local ingredients are used to create flavorful and colorful regional cuisine, viewed in the exhibition kitchen. Service plates are handmade by a local potter. Choose to be seated in the dining room, or on the patio. Some menu examples: Adobo-braised Duck Tamales and Red Chile-marinated Quail. A well-planned wine list is featured.
