Description:
- In 1956, Phoenicians filled the grandstand shoulder to shoulder to welcome the first sports franchise in the Valley. Every year since, from October to May, locals and visitors alike herald the thoroughbred racing at this oasis. Located 14 miles north of Sky Harbor Airport, the course is in the extreme North Valley.

Filthy with no tables for patrons or broken chairs and tables. Old voucher machines. Bad atmosphere. Stay home!

The never clean the place, the grandstand floors are filthy and the tables on the first floor are never cleaned. The tables in the paddock room are broken, they have broken chairs....
