Beach Cafe, as the name suggests, is located right by the Andaman Bay, with glorious views of the turquoise waters and Rhino island. Birds of Paradise, in the Sheraton Grande Laguna, features Thai, Japanese, Western, Asian, Indian and other international cuisines on an a la carte menu. The Albatross Cafe and Pub is located at Canal Village within the beautiful Laguna Phuket complex. It's an open-terrace waterside restaurant and a splendid spot for a light lunch or dinner. Acqua is a stylish place with sleek modern furniture, friendly service and both traditional and contemporary dishes. Viking Grill Garden has a Scandinavian touch - and a Swedish chef - but it's set in a very un-Scandinavian tropical garden. When the young beachcombers need a bite to eat, round them up and head for one of Phuket's many kid-friendly restaurants.
