Description:
- The building was built in 1923 by Italian immigrants and has been restored to its natural beauty. Crystal chandeliers throughout create colorful dancing rainbows and complement the Art Deco and depression-era furniture. The rooms with private baths are themed to represent Connellsville's ethnicity--German, Irish, Slovak and Italian. Local attractions include hiking, biking and horseback riding the Great Allegheny Passage, canoeing, fishing and swimming in the Youghiogheny River, visiting Frank Lloyd Wright's house of Fallingwater, Kentuck Knob and Duncan House, skiing and much, much more.
