- If you were to eat at Pittsburgh's Original Fish Market everyday for several weeks, chances are you would see a different menu every day. Chef Alexander Young creates the menu and lunch specials each morning. The one constant on the menu is the PFM Bucket, which consists of more than a pound of Maine lobster, little neck clams, Dungeness crab, Maine mussels, redskin potatoes and corn on the cob. The menu also features chicken, steak and sushi. There are a variety of beers to choose and four varieties of sparkling water.
