- Alex Chez Restuarant is a wonderful place to hang out in the garden city, Port Harcourt. It's a cool cosy place for both natives and foreigners as it's location is by the Niger Delta Development Commission, Aba Road. You need to be there to enjoy the modern facilities in stock.
