Starters like the crisp scallops with luscious lobster emulsion, creamy seafood chowder, and green salad with inventive additions like fresh herbs and jicama are a great warm up. Substantial entrees like the house-favorite tenderloin with truffle jus, and the slightly sweet squash ravioli are lovely. End with the nightly selection of house-made sorbets and ice creams.
