Description:
- The ocean is a just a short walk from Del Rey's quiet, secluded parking area. If ever there was a place to play, fly a kite, build a sandcastle or picnic, this is it. The sunsets can be spectacular, too. A horseback riding concessionaire is active in the park with beach rides available.

Del Rey offers picnicking and beach activities including walking on the beach, beach fishing, and kite flying. In addition the park offers horseback riding from a private concessionaire stables in the park.
Del Rey Beach is located on Oregon's North Coast. It is found two miles north of Gearhart off U.S. Highway 101.
