• Its a well hated building in Porto, hated by those who dont understand the need and objective of this building, hated by those who wished to had been the architect choosen to project this kind of equipment, hated by those who dont understand the purpose of this archictecture mark in Portugal, which started a new beggining in portuguese architecture, that was beeing stucked in time by some old fashion architects like Siza or Souto Moura, it represents a break with the old architecture school, bringing new fresh archictects in town. It has marked Porto in the World, like Guggenheim has done with Bilbao, its an amazing structure, unique in its kind even after all these years, its still intrigant architecture, make us think: how is it standing!!???
