• You'll find Poulsbo's best and most upscale restaurant partially hidden by a big magnolia tree. The space is sophisticated and unpretentious, a description that fits the food as well. The menu changes daily, but you can bet there will be simple comfort foods such as fish and chips, as well as grilled wild salmon. The raviolis are usually good bets as well. If you aren't worried about putting on pounds, try snacking on the garlic-and-parmesan fries with aioli (they also come with the fish and chips).
