Brand Name Hotels in Prague

  • There's something secure about staying with a brand name- predictability and comfort being tops for travelers. Plus, the possibility of rewards, miles, etc! Prague has plenty of brand name hotels, and we've spilt them down the river so to speak; Prague Castle side and Old Town Square side.

On the Prague Castle side, if you want to be really close to the Castle, but in a quiet spot, choose the beautifully reconstructed Crowne Plaza Prague Castle. The second Crowne Plaza in Prague is located in Prague 6 and good for architecture buffs or those who like Russia - the building was modeled after the Seven Sister building in Moscow and is a site to behold. Down by the river, stay in the quiet Best Western Hotel Kampa, with the beautiful Kampa Island and park on your doorstep.

Crossing the river, the Four Seasons offers stunning views back to Prague Castle and an enviable river side locale. Both the Hiltons are here; Hilton Prague is bigger and caters to business travelers, while Hilton Prague Old Town is in a beautifully reconstructed building. Across the street from the Hilton is the Prague Marriott. This is a good location near Namesti Republiky and a quick walk to Old Town. In the winding streets of the New Town, you'll come across the designer Best Western Hotel Pav. Also in New Town is the gorgeous Radisson SAS Alcron, which boasts one of the city's best restaurants. For a more neighborhood feel, check into the Courtyard by Marriott Prague Flora - a great building with a much more local vibe.
