Prague's historic charm instantly ranks it high on the list of most romantic cities. And thankfully for lovers on a budget, many of these sites can be visited for free. Snuggle up close and absorb Prague's amorous atmosphere by taking in some of these romantic places.

Wandering the well-preserved cobblestoned streets of Prague, especially at night is a definite must. The streets around Old Town Square and the Josefov quarter offer some of the best roving opportunities. On a different evening, experience the city from a different view by taking a night cruise on the Vltava, complete with dinner. Imitate thousands of romantic travelers that have come before you with a stroll across Charles Bridge after dark. A concert at the stunning Neo-classical Rudofinum concert hall will provide you with a classic romantic evening.

During the day, head up to the Botanical Gardens for a wander in their outdoor gardens; then cross the street and have a wander through gardens and into the beautiful Troja Chateau. St. Nicholas Church, in Mala Strana is a beautiful experience, and be sure to climb the view tower to stare into each other's eyes from a different vantage point. Vysehrad Castle, with its beautiful church, large park and super views will create some tender moments and finally before heading home book at visit in the Spa at Mandarin Oriental for some extraordinary pampering.
