- Celeste, on the 7th & 8th (top) floors of the Tančíci Dům, (or Dancing Building) is one of the best dining experiences in Prague, or any city for that matter. I brought a Parisian couple to dine there and not only were they amazed by the spectacular view and service, but the meal was nearly perfect. The view is not simply riverside, it looks down from above. Vistas include Prague Castle, Mánes tower, Slovanský Ostrov, Narodní Dívadlo (National Theatre), Smichov and perhaps even a 'peek a boo' view of the Charles Bridge. And for a top rate location with impeccable service, food presentation and preparation, it was quite reasonable. Suffice to say we enjoyed fois gras, boar, halibut, crab, cheese and dessert and a party of 4 got out the door for less than 5000 Kc, or $300. Building is quite famous as well, as it looks like two dancers, proportedly Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers. link to 360 from atop restaurant: http://www.360cities.net/image/the-dancing-house
