• These are a group of Concept resturaunts by the Staropramen brewery ownership group and even in a time of rough economic times for new resturaunts, has proved wildly successful among the local and expat populations of Prague, mainly for its consistent food, passable service and friendly and familiar athmosphere. The name of the resturant means Wounded Goose, and sometimes they serve goose, but more often you will find fresh, abundant dishes of typical Czech recipies, with perhaps a more modern, greener approach. One of the few remaining places to find VELVET beer, one of the most unique brews in the world. An amber ale with the texture of Guiness Draught. Rare in the place Lager was invented.
