- Know public transport in Prague, and you can slip around the town without waiting in traffic or getting harrassed by police. Metro is the fastest, but only run until Midnight and service only 3 lines. Second fastest is Tram, and they run all night. Know your tram stop, and you can always get home. Busses are serviceing the more remote areas, and service is not as timely as traffic can be an issue as well. If you are in Prague 1, 2 or 5 (the most common tourist areas) you are never more than 30 minuntes away from catching a tram, and if it is before midnight, you are less than 10 minutes from catching a metro.
