Hello.
That is a very easy and difficult question.
There are so many places to stay in Prague covering every possible desire.
If it was me, then I would find a very central location because I like to be in the middle of things.
However, if you prefer a more calm surrounding then you can find good places quite close to the centre in calm locations.
Maybe you like countryside walking then you can find places located in beautiful countryside.
The possibilities are many many.
If money is no object then you might like to stay in the Mandarin Oriental where they have Thorntons Chocolate in every room.
How about an ecological hostel? The Mosaic House Hotel is actually a new hostel quite well located and offers dorm sleeping or individual rooms.
If you like, if you give some more details of what you are looking for then I do have friends in the travel agent business who can sort you out.
Kind regards
Mark

Czech Inn offers both dorm rooms and private rooms and Sir Toby's is a nice hostel. Both are good if you want to meet other travelers. In Mala Strana, Little Town Hotel is a good hostel choice. Enjoy Prague!

Try Mosaic House or Czech inn - both have hostel and hotel options and are highly recommended - good bars in both, too. Enjoy Prague!
