Thorntons is indeed available in the Czech Republic http://www.thorntons.cz
I personally visit a shop called Loxia that is located in Prague 5.
They carry quite a good selection.

I have found you can get almost anything you want here. You can also get them at Robertsons. Two locations, Praha 4 and Dejvicka.
