Corinthian Tower Hotel is located in Prague 4, which has a beutiful view of the old town and the heart of Prague. I suggest you request a room on the top floor facing Prague Castle. I live around the street and the view is amazing. The hotel is a 5 star hotel so I am sure the rooms will satisify your crave for romance. I go to the sports bar located in the basement. Very beutiful lobby and the bar has bowling. billards, darts. I believe the top floor rooms have jacuzzis. Good luck.

Well 4 season is on a perfect position. Next to the river and you have a view on the Prague castle on the hill. And it is also in the centre, 2 minutes from the Charles Bridge.

But anyways Hotel U Prince is also a good option. There is a perfect restaurant on the roof, where you can see other buildings and specially the Old Town Sq.
