Old Town Square, Wenceslas Square, Petrin (funicular railway), the Zizkov Tower and Charles Bridge - although this is sadly being repaired, so not quite as quaint as usual.

You can also check out the old Jewish Quarter, but generally just wander around as Prague is pretty small and so you will always find plenty of things of interest

Do you mean events? ..i guess not so for example dont forget to Petrin´s tower or Zizkovsky vysilac (higher tower). It depends what do you look for..
