I'm very pleased that you asked this question.
This is a restaurant that I've not tried yet but now I have knowledge of and a very good reason to go and eat there.
Thanks to Kami and Bohdana for their perfect combined explanations.
I am presuming that the reason for your question was that you enjoyed this restaurant during a resent stay in Praha and wanted to recommend this to others?
Please let me me know if this is a recommendation before I visit.
Cheers
Mark
