The Lobcowicz Palace has some amazing art and is right across the Charles Bridge on the Palace side. http://www.lobkowiczevents.cz/palace/index.html

Museum Kampa has different exhibits and is one of the oldest buildings in Prague. Communist art now showing (as of Feb 2010)

The National Gallery (NOT the National Museum) is a complex of nine properties around prague, but the one in Prague 7 is the best usually. www.ngprague.cz

Mánes is an art foundation that shares the name of Czech's greatest impressionist, and served as an artist's club for the great moderns like Picasso and Matisse.
