i plan on hosting my 21st birthday @ fountains but am not sure about the time arrangements or if it suits wht i have in mind

Dear Katlego
I am not sure what time frame you had in mind and whether you intended in using the Moyo Restaurant, which is a great option because they have ample space for a private party. The upper level of the restaurant offers seating for 180 guests or a cocktail function of 250.
The reserve itself is open from07:00 until 19:00 everyday.

Having your 21st out in the open at the Fountains could present security problems.
Using the restaurant on the other hand might prove expensive. I really depends how many people you are inviting and what you intend on doing at the venue. Setting up at one of the under roof venues could also present you with the logistical hassles of getting all the equipment there and taking it back after the party.
