    • Built around its namesake and filled with rustic antiquities, Tree Room beckons its guests to enter, relax and enjoy the Native American Art from Robert Redford's private collection. While reading the menu, sample the wood-grilled shrimp and braised artichoke salad or the seared Ahi tuna with mushroom and lentil salad. The main course offers delights such as roasted chicken breast with glazed baby carrots and fennel or grilled organic veal chop with roasted pear compote. A lengthy wine list is available.
