Puebla is famous for its museums, churches and buildings, but it also has many outdoors sites worth visiting. This is the Top 10 Outdoors Things to Do in Puebla.
Number one is the one and only Africam Safari, the place where the animals tun free, and you are the one trapped in you car. So why is this an outdoor place? Well, because once you finish the car route, there is another zoo by feet with so many more things to do, life feeding animals, a trip on an elephant, a butterfly sanctuary, a bat cave (I'm not kidding) and more.
While n downtown, you can also visit the beautiful plazas the Spaniards created during the Colony, being the most important one the Zocalo. But the Plaza de los Sapos, Plaza del Carmen, Barrio de los Artistas and so many more are each one different and unique.
If you want to go shopping but you're not in the mood of going into a store, go to El Parian, the outdoor crafts market.
If you want to experience something modern, unique and with amazing benefit goal, go to visit the murals in the facades of the Xanenetla barrio. This colonial barrio was neglected until last year a group of young artists o Puebla cerated a project called Puebla Ciudad Mural to help renovate the barrio by creating murals depicting the history of the barrio. It's something unique in Mexico, and you should be a witness of it.
