Make a reservation, specially on weekends, otherwise you'll have to wait a little while before getting a table. And ask about the tables on the terrace, they only have 4, so if you wanna sit there you definitely have to make a reservation.

Description:

• For an excellent mole or pipián, take a cab to this restaurant, in the middle of Puebla's restaurant and club district along Avenida Juárez. The dining room is large, with lots of references to Puebla in the decoration. The menu is large as well. Two cream soups, chile atole and sopa poblana, are excellent choices. By special request, they will prepare half-portions of either mole and pipián or pipián rojo and pipián verde; they're not on the menu, but you can ask for them anyway. The menu is large and varied, and the service is attentive.
