  • Description:

    • The Little Mexican Cooking School is located in the town of Puerto Morelos, approximately 30 minutes south of Cancun. Here, you can learn how to make authentic Mexican food. The cooking classes are small so everyone can easily see what the chef and his assistants are doing, or ask questions. Chef Pablo is happy to answer questions along the way. There are several different menus at the school so you can take more than one class during your vacation without repeating any dishes. Some portions of the classes are hands-on, while other parts of the meal are prepared entirely by Chef Pablo and his staff. The kitchen is set up like a classroom so students can take notes while watching the chef. If you wish to take a break, you can walk right out the back door and relax by the pool. Once Chef Pablo has prepared the meal, the students move into the dining room, where they enjoy the delicious Mexican cuisine they helped prepare. Chef Pablo and Catriona Brown, one of the school's founders, also dine with students. Taking a cooking class at The Little Mexican Cooking School is a wonderful way to pass the day.
