- Located within the Inn on the Blue Horizon, this restaurant serves some of the best food on Vieques. Also on-site is a bar that journalists claim as one of their favorites. Start your evening with a drink or two in the octagonal premises of the "Blu Bar." Meals are served either within the inn's main building or on a seafront terrace. Menu items include pan-blackened tuna, tenderloin of black Angus beef, fresh fish prepared, rack of lamb and Mediterranean-style prawns ("camarones") wrapped in prosciutto and basil leaves and served with penne.
