• In the premises of the Inn on the Blue Horizon, this restaurant serves the best food on Vieques. Also on-site is a bar that a team of journalists declared as one of their favorites in the world, so consider starting your evening with a drink or two in the octagonal Blue Moon Bar. Meals are served within the inn's main building or beneath an awning on a seafront terrace lined with plants. We loved the pork loin in rum chutney and the lamb chop bathed in herbs and grilled. There is a daily stuffed mofongo special. Expect a crowd of fashion-industry folk, temporarily absent from New York and Los Angeles, and local residents, all mixing in ways that are gregarious, stylish, and usually a lot of fun.
