• This excellent restaurant is located right in front of the beach, on the premises of the great Villa Montaña Resort in Aguadilla. The house's chef is Chris Fulcher, whose culinary creations are worth a detour visit. Fulcher offers classic dishes like filet mignon, but specializes in creations like snapper in coconut milk. There is a full bar with wines by the glass or bottle. The décor is appropriately beach-like and tropical, as the dining room has a superb view of the sea. Patrons are a mix of guests and local families, mostly on weekends.
