Description:
We loved this resort's harbor-side restaurant, with a deliciously crafted seafood menu and views of the Caribbean and Palomino Island. The modern decor is inconsequential compared to the view and the Latin, down-island, and Asian-infused Continental classics. Flavors float in the air with the smell of the sea -- saffron clams and chorizo and the cilantro conch chowder, seared tuna in a szechuan au poivre and the lemon sole filet lobster beurre blanc. But the filet mignon in roasted bacon shallot sauce and the pistachio-crusted veal medallions also command attention. Fruit sorbets are the dessert specialty. Really, it's all about the food and the view.
